Main Program

·     The WarrantyWare user interface was designed using Tab controls, so you can quickly move from one task to another.

With Tab controls, you can perform several tasks at virtually the same time.  For example, you can add a customer and/or subcontractor after starting a service request.

·     Extensive on-line Help system documents each function on each Tab.  Includes a "Getting Started" section designed to help you get WarrantyWare up and running quickly.

Service Request Tab

If the issue you are looking for is not in the pre-defined list, you can type your own issue and then add it to the drop down list at any time.  Items in the list generally reflect issues that reoccur from job to job.  By placing them in the list, the need for data entry is minimized.

·     Ability to generate work orders where there is no limit to the number of issues that can be assigned to a subcontractor, or to the number of subcontractors assigned to a job. Work orders can be printed or faxed*.  *Requires installed fax service
