| The following reports are included as part of the WarrantyWare program in addition to those reports mentioned in the Features page.
Current Home Owner Report Current Subcontractors Report Lot And Address Report - List all lot numbers and their associated addresses. Sub Closed/Builder Closed Report - Can be use to track which service requests have been closed by the subcontractor, but not the builder. Not Scheduled Report - Lists all open service requests where the subcontractor and/or CSR has not yet scheduled the warranty work to be done. Warranty Expiration (by Date) Report - Lists all warranties that expire within the selected date range. Scheduled Warranty Work (by Date) Report - Lists all warranty work scheduled within the selected date range. Scheduled Warranty Work (by Date by Community) Report - Lists all warranty work scheduled within the selected date range and for the selected community. Scheduled Warranty Work (by Date by Subcontractor) Report - Lists all warranty work scheduled within the selected date range and for the selected subcontractor. Home Owner Contact Report - List all home owners who have not been contacted in the last 30 days. Open Service Request(s) by Home Owner Report - List all currently open service requests for the selected home owner. Service Request(s) History by Sub Contractor Report - List all service requests for the selected sub contractor. Service Request(s) History by Address or Lot Report - List all service requests for the selected address or lot. Service Request(s) History by Community - List all service requests for the selected Community. Open Service Request(s) by Sub Contractor Report - List all currently open service requests for the selected sub contractor. New- Keyword or Phrase Report - Allows to use a keyword or phrase to find all jobs that match the keyword or phrase. For example, you can use this report to show you all jobs where there where "air conditioner" issues. Just type "air conditioner" and click Keyword.
